As a First-of-Service (FOS) representative, you will be the initial point of
contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. Your
primary goal is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, fostering
long-term relationships and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with the
Customer Care Executive (CCE) team to deliver exceptional service and resolve
customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy
and understanding.
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a thorough
understanding of their needs.
* Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to address customer issues,
promoting our products and services effectively.
* Collaborate with the CCE team to escalate complex issues and ensure a
seamless resolution process.
* Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying updated with
the latest developments.




* Document customer interactions and feedback, contributing to our continuous
improvement efforts.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high
standard of customer service.
* Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your
skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a
related field is preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call
center or support environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
articulate complex information clearly.
* Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a
customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management
(CRM) software.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
