Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers in person, explain Ceramic Pro’s product offerings, and recommend solutions that match customer needs.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing inquiries, following up on leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with detailing partners and car care professionals, supporting them with product knowledge and updates. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the local team on promotional activities, provide basic training to customers or partners on product use, and ensure an excellent showroom and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand needs, and provide clear product explanations.
Proven Sales skills, with experience in consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide partners or junior staff on product features and sales best practices.
