Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with staffing firm clients, and promote HireEaze Solutions’ recruitment and administrative services.



Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach calls and meetings, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored service offerings, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, providing ongoing account support, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Specialist will also participate in product and service training, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
