Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong understanding of infrastructure sector operations and asset lifecycle
•Demonstrated ability in policy and business strategy, operating model design,
transformation, and procurement/commercial strategy
•Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to handle complex
issues
•Excellent numerical capabilities and sound commercial acumen
•Familiarity with data analysis tools, and visualization tools; experience with
Gen AI-based tools is an advantage
•Proficiency in MS Office suite and professional report writing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Managing multiple engagements across infrastructure sectors
•Translating policy and strategic direction into actionable operating model
designs and implementation plans
•Developing business strategies, procurement/commercial frameworks, and
transformation roadmaps
•Contributing to the effective planning, delivery and closure of projects
•Delivering high-quality reports, presentations,
and client deliverables
•Contributing to specific business development initiatives, particularly
proposals and client pitches
•Building and maintaining relationships with clients and target clients and key
market constituents
•Direct, manage, and mentor junior team members on engagements and contribute to
the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team
•Contribute to initiatives, such as knowledge management and thought leadership
to support practice development
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational qualifications
•A Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution is highly desirable.
•Professional certifications relevant to infrastructure domain are desirable but
not mandatory
Work experience
•Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; prior consulting experience is a plus.
•Proven experience in energy or water sector
