Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Bengaluru office (Wilshire III by MFAR, 492, Hobli, RHB Colony, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.




In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite five days per week, supporting a highly collaborative, in-person team environment.
Nextiva’s Talent Acquisition team brings great people and opportunities together, building the teams that move our business forward. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for candidates, from coordinating interviews across teams and time zones, to keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
You’ll get hands-on experience with the systems, processes, data, and AI-enabled tools behind a up-to-date recruiting function, while contributing ideas that make hiring simpler and more effective. Along the way, you’ll partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, global TA Operations, and the broader People Team, gaining exposure to the way a global Talent Acquisition tea
