About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Planner to join our Sports category team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial and inventory planning strategy for our Sports business across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with the buying, commercial, marketing,



and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate forecasting, and strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end merchandise and financial plans across the Sports category to drive sales, optimize inventory, and achieve margin goals.
Partner with the buying team to define category assortment, depth, and timing strategies, in line with historical data and market trends.
Lead pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, and post-season analysis to inform future buying decisions.
Monitor category performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks around inventory, pricing, and product availability while maximizing full-price sell-through.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth stock flow and timely replenishments.
Build and maintain accurate planning tools, reports, and dashboard
