Job Introduction:
​Manages an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Oversees project execution, team performance,



and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. ​

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
​Leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.
​Manages day-to-day execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and timelines.
​Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
​Mentors and develops engineers through regular feedback, career guidance, and performance evaluations.
​Ensures engineering best practices are followed, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.
​Drives process improvements that enhance team productivity, code quality, and system scalability. ​

Basic Qualifications:
