We’re looking for a GL Accounting Analyst to drive accurate month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. Partner with Finance and AP teams to resolve issues and improve processes through ERP, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
This role is hybrid, based out of Bengaluru, India.

Who You Are
2+ years of experience in GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids or financial reporting, preferably in a shared services, CoE, GCC or multi-entity environment.
B.Com/BBA/BBM Finance or equivalent; M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter or ACCA part-qualified is a plus.
Solid understanding of journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reclasses, variance analysis and financial controls.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work within close calendars and deadlines.
