We are looking for detail-oriented and intellectually curious Generalists to contribute to the development and improvement of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your critical thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills to evaluate information, review outputs, and provide high-quality input across a variety of topics.
Prior experience in artificial intelligence is not required. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who demonstrate strong reasoning abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
You will work in a remote, digital-first workplace and collaborate on projects that require thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and review diverse datasets to support AI system training and validation.
Provide clear, accurate,



and high-quality written input based on project requirements and guidelines.
Review and assess AI-generated outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance model performance.
Participate in tasks involving critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis across a broad range of subjects.
Follow established project guidelines, processes, and quality standards to ensure consistent deliverables.
Contribute to quality assurance and review processes by maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate observations, findings, and insights clearly through written and verbal channels.
Work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams when required.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
