About The Gig

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the organization’s talent acquisition strategy across technical and non-technical functions.

The role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop hiring strategies, lead the recruitment team, build strong talent pipelines,



and ensure timely closure of critical positions.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, leadership hiring, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and team management, preferably within the automotive, EV, manufacturing, engineering, or technology sector.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business and manpower plans.
Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Drive workforce planning and recruitment forecasts in collaboration with HR and business teams.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and high-volume requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
