Role Description
The Retention Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing retention and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty, repeat usage, and subscription renewals across digital platforms. Day-to-day activities include analyzing customer data and behavior,



designing segmented campaigns, optimizing communication journeys (email, SMS, app notifications, and other channels), and coordinating with product, content, and customer support teams to improve user experience. The Retention Marketing Manager will monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies based on insights to maximize customer lifetime value. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to plan retention goals, manage campaign calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints.Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong retention and lifecycle marketing skills, including customer segmentation, campaign planning, and loyalty program management.
