Role Description The Store Manager (Cafe) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and maintaining product quality and store cleanliness. The Store Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve concerns, and promote high levels of customer service and satisfaction.



They will track sales performance, support retail loss prevention measures, and implement policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and profitability. The role also involves training team members, coordinating with leadership on promotions and menu updates, and upholding brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
Robust store management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day cafe operations.
Customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, coaching team members, and coordinating with management.
Understanding of retail loss prevention practices, including cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with procedures.
Experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail management, preferably in specialty coffee or food and beverage environments.
