RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic Leadership
* Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with
business goals.
* Lead the overall data roadmap covering data governance, analytics, BI, and AI
initiatives.
* Data Architecture & Engineering
* Architect and implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Microsoft Azure
and Databricks.
* Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
* Develop and manage contemporary lakehouse architectures and enterprise data
platforms.
* Data Governance & Quality
* Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and
standards.
* Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality initiatives across
business functions.
* Analytics, BI & AI/ML
* Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and insights using Power BI.
* Lead AI/ML initiatives leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.
* Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for business stakeholders.




* Leadership & Team Management
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, BI,
data science, and data governance.
* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices
within the data organization.
* Drive and manage partner and vendor ecosystems to ensure timely and
high-quality delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science,
or a related discipline. Experience:
* 15–20+ years of overall IT experience.
* Proven experience in Data & Analytics with at least one enterprise-grade
platform implementation.
* Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data and analytics platforms.

Desired Qualification

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
