Your work profile

Preparation and review of Form 3CEB, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance reports
Drafting and reviewing submissions, appeals, and litigation documents for tax and regulatory matters
Handling and overseeing transfer pricing compliance, FEMA regulations, and international tax advisory
Interacting with clients regularly to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
Reviewing case strategies for assessments, DRP submissions, and ITAT proceedings
Ensuring timely responses to tax authorities, transfer pricing officers, and regulatory bodies
