Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations matters,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate training and development initiatives, support organizational culture and engagement activities, and collaborate with management to address workforce planning and HR-related needs. This position requires close interaction with employees and leaders across the organization to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
