India.

* Lead piping construction activities for refinery and oil & gas projects.

* Supervise piping installation, fabrication, erection, testing, and
hydrotesting.

* Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and quality
requirements.

* Monitor construction schedules, manpower, productivity, and costs.

* Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and mechanical completion
activities.

* Enforce HSE policies and ensure a safe work environment.

* Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Operations teams.
