Role Description
We are looking for a Business Growth Partner with 2 years of experience in the IT domain, particularly in software sales, IT services sales, or business development.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and contributing to the growth of Aculyze Solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with business decision-makers,



understand the basics of technology solutions, and be able to translate client requirements into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and software market.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, references, and other channels.
Understand client business requirements and identify relevant IT/software solutions.
Connect with prospects, conduct initial discussions, qualify leads, and identify potential opportunities.
Manage the sales journey from lead generation to closure.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients.
Build and maintain solid long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
