Role Summary
At Coforge, we are looking for a seasoned leader who can drive strategic account growth while ensuring seamless demand fulfillment and workforce governance across key customer accounts. This role requires a strong blend of sales, account management, delivery governance, and resource management expertise to support business growth, optimize workforce utilization, and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
Drive renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
Support customer discussions, staffing strategies, and pursuit activities.
Contribute to pipeline reviews, revenue forecasting, and account planning.
Demand & Workforce Management
Own demand-to-fulfillment governance and workforce planning.




Collaborate with recruitment and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Optimize utilization and hiring effectiveness.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with customers, including executive stakeholders.
Lead governance reviews, business discussions, and escalation management.
Act as a trusted advisor between customer, sales, and delivery teams.

Required Skills
Robust communication and executive stakeholder management.
Proven exposure to Sales, account management, and delivery leadership.
Expertise in demand forecasting, workforce planning, and resource fulfillment.
Understanding of T&M; hiring models and associated fulfillment challenges.
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Recruitment, and Customer leadership teams.
