Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi for a Performance Marketing Executive focused on D2C and fashion brands. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, search, and marketplaces. The Performance Marketing Executive will analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve return on ad spend and customer acquisition.



Responsibilities include collaborating with creative, merchandising, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and brand priorities. The role also requires monitoring market trends, managing budgets, and continuously testing new strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

Working Days : Mon-Sat
Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective performance campaigns.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with internal teams and support conversion-focused initiatives.
