Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee / Recruitment Trainee to join our HR team at DLF Cyber City, Bhubaneswar.
The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and HR Operations and should be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
Understand Job Descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidate profiles.




Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates and internal hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, offers, and joining.
Assist in preparing and posting job openings on LinkedIn and job portals.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
Support other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Ability to understand job requirements and screen candidate profiles.
Good sourcing and internet research skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Office.
