Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau semantic, Tableau Next, Tableau dashboards, reports, workbooks, data sources, and reporting solutions using advanced Tableau features
Develop complex dashboards using LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, sets, filters, actions, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations
Design and optimize data sources, relationships, joins, extracts, live connections, and reporting data models
Perform Tableau performance tuning, including workbook, dashboard, SQL query, extract, calculated field, and data-source optimization
Administer Tableau Server/Cloud, including users, groups, projects, permissions, published content, refresh schedules, subscriptions, alerts, and governance
Manage and troubleshoot Tableau Bridge, extract refreshes, data connectivity, data freshness, and production reporting issues
Develop and optimize Tableau Prep flows involving complex joins, transformations, aggregations, and business rules
Perform advanced SQL development and database optimization, including complex joins, CTEs,



aggregations, window functions, views, and query optimization
Conduct data reconciliation and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies, duplicate records, aggregation issues, NULL values, data-granularity problems, and calculation mismatches
Establish and maintain Tableau governance and best practices, including content lifecycle, permissions, certified data sources, naming standards, and utilization reviews
Work with AWS data and analytics services, including Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Amazon S3, to integrate Tableau with cloud-based data sources, support data pipelines, troubleshoot data availability and refresh issues, and deliver scalable reporting solutions
Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and reliable BI solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentoring on Tableau development, administration, performance opt
