Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting couples and partners throughout their wedding planning journey. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing information about services and packages, and guiding clients through booking and planning steps. The role involves resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.



The representative will also follow up with clients to measure satisfaction, gather feedback, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients in a calm, courteous manner.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Comfort using customer support software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
Attention to detail and reliability in documenting interactions and following established processes.
