ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition-Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment execution across the organisation.
The role will be responsible for managing hiring requirements from requisition to joining, ensuring timely closures, solid candidate pipelines, effective stakeholder coordination and a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be highly execution-oriented, comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously and capable of delivering against defined hiring TATs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to candidate joining.
Understand hiring requirements and role expectations from Hiring Managers.
Develop and execute sourcing plans for assigned positions.
Source, screen and shortlist relevant candidates across different levels and functions.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

2. Sourcing & Candidate Management
Source candidates through Naukri,



LinkedIn, referrals, careers page, job portals and other relevant channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against role requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-close positions.
Track candidate movement and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.

3. Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and ensure role clarity before initiating hiring.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
Ensure timely feedback from interviewers and Hiring Managers.
Follow up with stakeholders to avoid delays in the hiring process.
Keep Hiring Managers updated on pipeline status, challenges and expected closure timelines.
Escalate hiring challenges or delays wherever required.
