Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple platforms for a diverse portfolio of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, writing and reviewing posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring brand presence and engagement. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics,



refining strategies based on insights, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful social media activity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, manage, and grow brand presence across platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and audience needs.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-consistent social media content.
Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting to track campaign results and optimize strategies.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and current digital trends.
