Key Responsibilities:
Conversation Flow Design & Modeling: Design and implement conversation flows in Dialogflow CX, including entity modeling, intent modeling, and multi-turn dialog management to create seamless, natural user interactions.
Solution Scoping & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, scope out modernization strategies for legacy IVR systems, and architect transitions to CCAI-based conversational routing and AI solutions.
Integration & Architecture: Build backend architectures for CCAI solutions, integrating telephony systems (e.g., CXone or Cisco), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) components.
