Role Description The Admission Executive/Counsellor (Sales) role is a full-time, in office position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, explaining course offerings and counseling services, and guiding them through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate admission records, and meeting enrollment targets.



The Admission Executive/Counsellor also provides basic guidance on course suitability, addresses queries with clarity and empathy, and collaborates with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each learner.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective learners.
Sales and counseling aptitude, including comfort with outreach, persuasion, and guiding individuals toward appropriate programs.
Basic knowledge or interest in psychology and personal development, with the ability to understand and explain ABCD’s offerings.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Proficiency with common office software, CRM tools, and telephone/email communication platforms.
