Role Description The Residential Sales Kharadi role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, focused on residential real estate sales and client relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, and presenting residential projects to potential buyers.



The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining regular follow-ups, negotiating offers, and assisting clients through the booking and closing process. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and developers to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and market trends, and may support training initiatives for new team members or sales partners. Consistent achievement of sales targets, accurate documentation, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards are expected.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Sales, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in Residential Real Estate, including property presentations, site visits, and guiding clients through the purchase process.
