Role Description We are looking for a Proposal & Bid Management professional to support and manage end-to-end proposal activities for technology, qualified services, staffing, and public-sector opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, analyzing solicitation requirements, coordinating responses across multiple teams, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high-quality submissions are completed on time.

this opportunity can be structured as a Proposal Specialist, Proposal Analyst, or Senior Proposal Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and support end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and RFI response processes.
* Review solicitation documents and identify requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
* Build and maintain compliance matrices, proposal trackers, schedules, and response plans.
* Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Solution/Technical teams, Delivery, Recruiting/Staffing, Finance, and Leadership.
* Collect technical, staffing, past-performance, pricing, and corporate information required for responses.
* Translate technical and business inputs into clear, client-focused proposal content.
* Support resume coordination, staffing matrices, documentation management, and proposal formatting.
* Conduct compliance and quality reviews before final submis
