About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of marketing, client servicing, creativity and business development. This is not a role where you will only make strategies or only coordinate with clients. You will be involved in the complete process — understanding a client's business, brainstorming ideas, planning campaigns, coordinating shoots, executing strategies, tracking results and also helping Flyp Up bring recent clients on board.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing and Account Management
Handle and manage assigned client accounts independently.
Act as a key point of contact between clients and the internal team.
Understand client requirements,



business objectives and marketing challenges.
Conduct regular client calls, meetings and follow-ups.
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within timelines.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Contribute to monthly and campaign-level marketing strategies.
Ideate campaigns, reels, social media content, activations and other marketing initiatives.
Build content calendars and campaign plans based on client objectives.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.

Business Development & Sales
Identify and research potential clients for Flyp Up.
Build and maintain a structured prospect pipeline.
Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, networking and other relevant channels.
Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable Flyp Up services.
Coordinate discovery calls and assist in preparing
