Job Description: Client Relationship Manager — ACE Group

ACE Group is a AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distribution firm and expanding into algo trading platform (FirstAlgo).

Role Overview
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own the end-to-end client experience — from first conversation to long-term retention — across ACE's Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for queries and requests
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
- Schedule and attend meetings with new leads/opportunities to understand needs and present relevant ACE products
- Share periodic reports, portfolio updates, and performance summaries with clients in a explicit, professional format
- Explain and position ACE's product suite — algo trading platform and other offerings — to help clients make informed decisions




- Conduct structured follow-ups to move conversations from interest to conversion
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and feedback (CRM discipline)
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests promptly
- Gather client feedback to help refine products and communication

Requirements
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development — preferably in BFSI, wealth management, or fintech
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, equity markets, and basic familiarity with algo trading concepts (training will be provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presenter, comfortable explaining financial products to varied audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with structured follow-up processes
