Regional Head – Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to lead business operations across Gujarat, drive sales and business growth, manage regional teams, and build strong customer and channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional business operations across Gujarat.
Develop and execute sales & business development strategies.
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales & operations teams.
Develop relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Cleanroom Turnkey Project – End-to-End Execution

End-to-end execution of cleanroom turnkey projects from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
Experience in cleanroom design, HVAC, MEP, civil works, utilities, and controlled-workplace systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants,



vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
Handle BOQ, costing, estimation, technical proposals, project planning, execution, and documentation.
Manage installation, testing, validation, commissioning, and final project handover.
Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, ISO, and cleanroom standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
MBA preferred.
7–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Operations.
Proven experience in regional team leadership and target achievement.
Strong understanding of the Gujarat market.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
