We are looking for high-energy professionals to join our commercial and business development team and help build one of India’s largest custom metal manufacturing platforms.

Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager – Domestic,



you will own and build AltEdge’s domestic business development function for precision metal components, including castings, forgings, and machined parts.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys hunting for new customers, building relationships, creating sales pipelines, managing RFQs, negotiating commercial terms, and closing new business.

You will have significant autonomy to build the domestic BD engine from the ground up—from identifying target industries and customers to prospecting, outreach, RFQ management, negotiations, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Domestic Business Development

* Own the end-to-end domestic business development charter for castings, forgings, and machined components.
* Identify target industries, customer segments, industrial clusters, OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and industrial buyers.
