We’re Hiring | Quality Analyst – Training & Quality
We are looking for a Quality Analyst who goes beyond identifying gaps — someone who can coach, train and enable people to perform better.

? What You’ll Do
Quality & Process
• Conduct quality audits and identify performance/process gaps
• Apply quality terminologies, audit methodologies and quality parameters
• Conduct RCA and identify the root cause behind performance gaps
• Track quality trends and identify recurring issues
• Participate in calibration sessions and drive consistency in quality evaluation
• Share actionable feedback with employees and business teams
Training & Coaching
• Act as a Trainer/Coach for Dealers, RMs and frontline teams
• Act as a Trainer for Product & Skill Based Trainings
• Prepare and deliver training modules, presentations, activities and assessments
• Coach employees through role plays, case studies and practical scenarios
• Conduct refresher and need-based training based on Quality & TNI insights
• Develop training material, SOPs, knowledge content and learning aids
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and application
? What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in Quality / Quality Assurance / Process Quality
✔ Strong understanding of Quality Terminologies, Audits, RCA, Calibration, Sampling & Quality Metrics
✔ Prior experience in Training, Coaching or Facilitation will be highly preferred
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them practically
✔ Comfortable interacting with frontline employees and business leaders
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔ Someone who enjoys coaching people, not just finding mistakes
