About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to lead and manage digital advertising operations, campaign delivery, and publisher monetization initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution, optimizing ad performance, maximizing publisher revenue, and managing programmatic advertising operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), programmatic advertising, AdX, and digital ad-serving technologies, along with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Ad Operations activities across digital advertising campaigns.
Oversee campaign setup and execution in Google Ad Manager (GAM), including ad units, line items, creatives, targeting, pricing, and forecasting.
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and delivered as per agreed timelines and objectives.




Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to improve revenue, fill rate, eCPM, CTR, viewability, and overall yield.
Manage and optimize Programmatic Deals, including Open Auction, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ad Exchange (AdX) and other programmatic demand sources.
Monitor ad inventory, delivery, pacing, and revenue performance across publishers and platforms.
Identify revenue opportunities and implement strategies to improve publisher monetization and yield.
Troubleshoot ad-serving, creative, targeting, delivery, and policy-related issues.
Work with SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, and technology partners to resolve operational and performance issues.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Google Publisher and advertising policies.
Analyze campaign and inventory data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports
