Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency’s portfolio across branding, advertising, and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, developing proposals and pitch decks,



and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to shape solutions that meet client objectives and ensure smooth project handovers. The role includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing market insights to support service innovation and growth planning.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Experience in client relationship management, account growth, and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital marketing services, with the ability to translate client needs into clear solutions.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.
