Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodhika. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, and promoting the company’s turned and machined parts solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting sales proposals, managing inquiries, coordinating with the engineering and production teams, and tracking sales performance.



The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, updating sales and marketing records, and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Marketing capabilities in market research, branding, campaign planning, and digital outreach.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with solid communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes, preferably in turned and machined parts.
Proficiency with office productivity and CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales is an advantage.
Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Lodhika
