About the Role
Trinetra Venture India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator – Civil to support the development and pre-opening activities of our upcoming property in Surat.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating civil, interior, fit-out, and other project-related activities, ensuring timely execution and effective coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day civil, construction, interior, and fit-out activities at the upcoming property.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Track project progress against planned timelines and ensure activities are completed within deadlines.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor ongoing work.




Coordinate civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, carpentry, and other related activities.
Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Interior and other project teams to ensure proper execution.
Review and understand civil drawings, layouts, BOQs, measurements, and specifications.
Follow up with contractors and vendors regarding pending work, material requirements, and deliveries.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability at site.
Maintain project documentation, work orders, quotations, measurements, bills, and other relevant records.
Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and highlight delays or issues to management.
Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
