Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Kochi. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential buyers and tenants, presenting available residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through site visits and property inspections. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, maintaining client relationships, preparing and explaining pricing, terms, and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support the sales process. The role also involves negotiating offers,



assisting with closing procedures, and providing consistent, professional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, professional communication, and relationship-building.
Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge and experience in Real Property transactions and Real Estate market practices.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, with a track record in meeting targets, negotiating, and converting leads into closed deals.
