Role Description The Electrical Engineering Manager will oversee electrical design and engineering activities for projects supporting Esse India’s operations and facilities in Abroad. This full-time, in office role includes leading the development and review of electrical drawings, specifications, and layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and best practices. The manager will guide a team of electrical engineers and technicians,



allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical mentorship. Daily responsibilities involve analyzing power systems and electricity distribution, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and preparing reports and documentation on system performance and improvements. The role also includes planning preventive maintenance, optimizing energy usage, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity fundamentals.
