The candidate should have managed payroll for 1,000+ employees and possess solid knowledge of payroll operations and statutory compliances. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Job Description

The company is looking for a *Payroll Executive* who will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and employee query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for *1,000+ employees*.
Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.




Manage statutory compliances including *PF, ESIC, PT, LWF*, and related filings.
Process *Full & Final Settlements (F&F;)* and manage employee exit formalities.
Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance, and payroll.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout payroll operations.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Requirement

Graduate in any discipline.
*2–4 years of experience* in Payroll Operations.
Experience handling payroll for *1,000+ employees is mandatory*.
Hands-on experience with *Spine Software is mandatory*.
Strong knowledge of *PF, ESIC, PT, LWF*, and other payroll compliances.
Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of *MS Excel* and payroll rep
