Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Thane. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution presentation, and closing deals for HVAC products and services. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and developing sales plans aligned with company objectives.



The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, contractors, and channel partners, conducting site visits, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely project delivery. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, participate in pricing and contract negotiations, and represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Experience in client relationship management, key account handling, and customer service within technical or construction-related industries (HVAC experience preferred).
Ability to collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to create accurate proposals, estimates, and contracts.
