Role : Director Finance
Experience : 10-15 years
We’re looking for a qualified CA for Bangalore location with 10–12 years of experience, including around 4–5 years in consulting and 5–7 years in e-commerce, retail, quick commerce, D2C or a similar industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience owning finance for a ₹50–300 crore business, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
The role will involve:
Owning end-to-end finance, accounting, AP/AR, payroll, tax and statutory compliance
Managing monthly and quarterly closures, MIS, board and investor reporting
Driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management
Supporting fundraising, due diligence, cap table and term-sheet processes
Strengthening financial controls, systems and workflows
Building and scaling the finance team from the ground up

Positive to have hands-on, commercially strong, experienced in FP&A; and reporting, and comfortable working with founders, investors and external stakeholders.
