About the Role
We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented Precast Concrete Detailers to produce accurate, fabrication-ready drawings and models for precast elements. You will turn architectural and consultant plans into accurate production documentation that aligns strictly with project specifications, manufacturing standards, and site timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of dedicated detailing and shop drawing experience specifically in precast concrete.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Key Responsibilities
• Drawing & Model Generation: Produce accurate 2D shop drawings,



3D precast models, fabrication sheets, and erection layouts for precast beams, columns, wall panels, and slabs.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural, MEP, and structural engineering packages to detail embeds, block-outs, reinforcement, and connection hardware.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate directly with project managers, design engineers, and plant production teams to clarify design intent, resolve clashes, and ensure buildability.
• Revisions & Quality Control: Implement engineer markups, architect review comments, and field change orders systematically while maintaining drawing register integrity.
• Documentation & Schedules: Generate bar bending schedules (BBS), hardware parts lists, and Bills of Materials (BOM) under rigorous QA/QC protocols.
• Schedule Management: Prioritize submittals and revisions to consistently meet plant casting cycles and project delivery milestones.
