The selected candidates will receive practical training in B2B sales, dealer development, project sales, customer acquisition, product presentations and business development .

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Identify and approach dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants and corporate customers.
- Make regular customer calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Develop new dealer and channel partners.
- Visit project sites and meet key decision-makers.
- Present Connect System products and solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.




- Maintain customer and project information in CRM.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support senior sales managers in developing new territories.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business-development targets.

Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM Fresher.
- Marketing / Sales / International Business specialization preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Willing to make calls, meet customers and travel for business.
- Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
- Freshers with robust communication and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
