This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators - particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.
NAs a Video Editor at Routed, you will create engaging, social-first video content for creators and brands, shaping stories that connect with audiences across digital platforms.

- Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social media platforms, content IPs, and marketing initiatives. N
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with creator personas, brand objectives, and platform-specific content styles. N
- Post-Production: Enhance videos through color correction, sound design, motion graphics, captions,



and visual effects to deliver polished final outputs. N
- Collaboration: Work closely with creators, creative strategists, account managers, and internal teams to understand briefs and deliver content aligned with CreatorFlux's creative vision. N
- Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize videos for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other digital channels. N
- Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive video assets, ensuring version control and easy accessibility. N
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, creator formats, editing styles, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality. N
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain robust attention to detail. N
