Role Description The Inside Sales Representative internship is a remote role focused on engaging prospective learners and families, understanding their needs, and presenting Eager Birds’ programs and solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls or messages, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations or consultations, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with academic and marketing teams to optimize outreach, and supporting campaigns that promote new courses and offerings. Interns are expected to provide professional, responsive service that reflects Eager Birds’ commitment to educational quality and student success, while learning best practices in EdTech sales.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Inside Sales activities, including outreach, presentations, and closing conversations.
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build trust and maintain positive relationships with families and learners.
