NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills, and be able to work in a rapid-paced environment while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
NKey Responsibilities




nHandle first-level end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT positions.
NSource, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.), referrals, and social media platforms.
NMake 150–200 calls daily for candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.
NConduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
NCoordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and technical panels.
NFacilitate technical tests and skill evaluations for IT roles.
NManage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
NMaintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
NBuild and manage a talentpipeline for current and future hiring needs.
NCollaborate closely with business teams to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
NStay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.
