n Job Summary
nWe are looking for a Cost Accountant & MIS Executive with 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The role involves product costing, MIS reporting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring to support business decisions.

n Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Prepare product-wise and process-wise costing.n
- Calculate material, labour, overhead, and manufacturing costs.n
- Analyse standard cost vs. actual cost and identify variances.n
- Monitor production costs and suggest cost-saving opportunities.n
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.n
- Create reports on sales, profitability, inventory, production, purchases, and budgets.n
- Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.n
- Analyse material consumption, BOM, wastage, and production variances.n
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actual analysis.n




- Prepare Excel dashboards and maintain accurate reports.n
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Accounts teams.n

n Skills Required

- n
- Good knowledge of Cost Accounting and manufacturing costing.n
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards).n
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting software.n
- Understanding of inventory, BOM, production, and purchase processes.n
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.n

n Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.n
- Candidates with a Cost & Management Accounting background will be preferred.n

n Preferred Experience
n
- n
- 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing company.n
- Experience in engineering, HVAC, fabrication, sheet metal, or similar industries is preferred.n
- Experience in product costing and MIS reporting will be an added advantage.n
