NIn this role, you will drive business development for Festo's Electric Automation portfolio, advocating our fully integrated Automation Platform that unifies the entire automation stack from the workpiece to the cloud. You will collaborate closely with sales teams during early customer engagement, contribute to strategic account targeting, and position Festo's end‐to‐end hardware and software ecosystem, including servo drives, controllers, motion solutions, I/O systems, and the Festo Edge Controller for seamless edge‐to‐cloud connectivity.

- Drive the growth of Festo's Electric Automation business across drives, motors, PLCs, motion systems, I/O modules, decentralized controllers, and Edge Controller solutions N
- Champion Festo's unified automation architecture to support scalable, high‐performance, and digital‐ready machine design N
- Support sales teams in early‐stage customer identification and development of targeted approach strategies N




- Strengthen organizational capability to confidently position and sell Electric Automation solutions N
- Communicate Festo's unique value proposition, including: N
- Integrated mechanical, electrical, motion, and control technologies N
- Simplified engineering and commissioning workflows N
- Seamless connectivity from device → edge → cloud N
- Modular and scalable automation system blocks N
- Lead focused engagementwith OEMs, system integrators, and end‐users N

nOur requirements:

- n
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics with MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred N
- 8–12 years of experience in Electric Automation, Drives, Motion Control, or Industrial Automation sales N
- Practical exposure to PLCs, servo systems,
