- Book, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international airline tickets. N
- Coordinate crew travel arrangements and ensure timely ticket issuance. N
- Manage flight reservations, fare calculations, and itinerary planning. N
- Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and emergency travel requirements. N
- Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal stakeholders. N
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and marine travel requirements. N
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation. N
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries. N

nWhat we want ?

- N
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline N
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations. N
- Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry preferred. N
- Positive knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. N
- Strong understanding ofinternational fare rules and ticketing procedures. N
- Excellent communicationand coordination skills. N

nJob Location - Fort, Mumbai
NShift Timings -
nDay Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
NNight Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
NWeekly Off -
n2 weekly offs per week
